Does a Cricut cutting machine needle-felt?
I tried to reduce a complex system on a sheet of felt. I have a friend who owns Cricut machine that allows me to borrow so I was wondering if it would reduce the felt.
I doubt strongly. You can cut cotton cap. But I feel that being too thick.
